Lindsay gets two more years. One, because she has a great recruiting class coming in. Two, because it's women's basketball and the leash is longer. Three, because unless she was a coaching prodigy, she was always going to require more time. I think she is smart enough to know how her roster is lacking, the question is if she's able to fix it.
